CEDRUS DEODARA - HIMALAYAN CEDAR
A large tree that can reach a height of 30 metres. Its main branches drop down, giving it a weepy appearance. The wood has pleasant smell. In some cultures, the tree is a symbol of grandeur and immortality.
SELIM-PIA “EL CALZAO”, THE AFRICAN KING
The giants were created by a craftsman from the Valley of Baztan over 150 years ago. When they dance, it would take a human tower of three people to reach their height. Each giant carries a characteristic element. The African king carries a Saracen sword. He is accompanied by two gaiteros and a tambourine.
