MINORS

The Pamplona City Council does not authorise children under the age of 14 to provide their personal details, whether by filling out the web form provided to request services, contact forms or by sending e-mails.

Therefore, those who supply personal data using such means formally declare that they are over 14 years of age or, failing that, that they have the relevant permission from their parent/s and/or legal guardians.

IMAGES USED ON THE WEBSITE

Via this Website, the Pamplona City Council offers information about numerous events, activities, etc. involving citizen participation. Occasionally, the information provided is accompanied by photographs or videos, in which identified or identifiable people appear.

In the event that users recognise themselves in any of these photographs and do not wish to appear in them, please notify us via the e-mail address protecciondedatos@pamplona.es, attaching a copy of identification documentation, and with a reference to the part of the Website in which the image or video in question appears. In the case of under 14s, the request must be made by the parents or legal guardian.

RIGHTS

The regulations governing data protection confer a set of rights on the data subjects, users of the website or users of the profiles of Pamplona City Council.
