There are a number of public paying car parks in the city centre, open 24 hours a day, with video surveillance. These car parks are very close to the main tourist attractions, and offer complementary services such as toilets, and are accessible for persons with reduced mobility.

In the Plaza del Castillo square, right in the city centre, there is an underground car park with 452 bays for limited time parking. Close by is the car park in the Avenida Carlos III avenue, which is the main shopping street, with 290 bays. Other centrally-located car parks are the Plaza de Toros with 440 limited parking bays and the Rincón de la Aduana, with 118 limited parking bays.

The Audiencia car park, next to the Palacio de Justicia de Navarra (Law Courts), is slightly further away, with 244 limited parking bays. Likewise, it is also possible to park in the Hospital Complex of Navarre, with space for up to 1,290 vehicles.

On the other hand, a Parkplona mobile phone application called Parkplona is now available, offering information on the spaces available in the city's car parks, spaces reserved for disabled persons and parking areas for motorbikes and bikes. The application allows you to register for a number of SMS alert services offered by the City Council of Pamplona, or to consult any incidents affecting traffic, while it also offers information on the Nbici municipal bike hire service and on e-vehicles. The application can be downloaded for Apple and Android and is also available via WAP in Spanish, Basque and English.
